Wisdom Of The Soul, Thought Forms, and Consciousness Exercises

Those of us who live during this period of human progress are indeed fortunate, for ours is an opportunity that has never before been presented to humanity. We stand on the threshold of a new experience in which metaphysical truths that very few men and women have ever found are becoming public knowledge. The wisdom of our Higher Selves that has been hidden from us by the necessity to build a material civilization in which to live is now making itself known to the masses.
In today’s world, it is very difficult to rely on what we hear, see, or read. Therefore, it is more important than ever to strengthen the connection we have with our Higher Selves to bring the Wisdom of the Soul[i] into objective reality, not only for our spiritual growth but for the betterment of our physical lives and humanity as a whole. We then balance spirit and matter, and the soul is given a voice through which to speak. This creates an opportunity for us to consciously become co-creators with our soul.
It is important to understand and nurture the inner flame of spiritual wisdom that assists us in our quest for a better life by transforming our mental, emotional, and physical bodies into channels that balance both material and spiritual opportunities. Humanity is in the process of reorienting itself spiritually. It is each of us who shall ultimately turn the tide via the strength and power of our meditations, prayers, thoughts, words, and actions to create an incoming Age of Awakening.
Thought Forms
We are each born with and continue to cultivate our innate talents. Some of us have very reliable intuition, some are adept at seeing auras, and still others are good at visualizing energy patterns. Seeing Thought Forms is one such talent. The book, Musical Forms by Geoffrey Hodson goes deeply into this talent and has many illustrations of thought forms perceived by sensitives. The book was the result of the joint work of the authors, which began in 1895, when they started an investigation of the subtle matter of the universe.[7] They were interested in the work of the human mind as its findings would extrude into the external world.[8]

Human Progress
So think as if your every thought were etched upon the sky for all to see, for so in truth, it is. ~Book of Mirdad
Every individual has a unique life note/overall frequency, and groups of thoughts also have a combined group note/frequency. That which I call humanity’s mass consciousness is the grouping of many individual or separated spheres of thought united into one overall note/frequency of consciousness. Powerful mass thought forms can influence every human being on the face of the earth to a greater or lesser degree. Humanity’s mass consciousness note is what we, as spiritual Light Workers, are working to transform for the betterment of humanity and the planet.

- How humanity defines Success
Right Human Relationships
The human family today is in need of knowledge for right human relationship. This is knowledge humanity must master, not only for our comfort but for the sake of our very survival. Human beings must learn how to live together, in brotherhood. Peace must become much more than a dream or an ideal; it must become an obligation and requirement. Humanity must come to realize it is a family that includes every human being in a relationship more lasting and more substantial than the bonds of flesh and blood. The human family is bound together because it is born from the same Consciousness, the same Soul that manifests in infinitely diverse ways.
Why is knowledge of right human relationship so important? How does it affect us personally, and how does it affect humanity and the planet?
Within each physical body has been born a unit of consciousness that identifies itself as I. Every human being thinks of her/himself in this way. I am Karen or I am Steven. Every human being thinks I am because she or he is not me. However, every “I” is born of the same Soul with the same nature, even though the matter/physical aspect appears unique.
EXERCISE 1:
Pause for a moment now, and as you think – I am,– realize that your neighbor also thinks the same thought and that this concept of I, identifies every member of humanity. Then, as you think – I am – again, imagine the whole of humanity thinking I am. Try to discover the inner meaning of your outer form.
To delve into the mystery of this exercise, we must somewhat understand the nature and relationship of Soul and Matter.
Source (the Unknowable, Eternal One) manifests as three aspects:
- Will/Purpose,
- Consciousness/Soul
- Intelligent Matter/Light.
These three aspects are not sequential manifestations or separate streams from Source; they occur simultaneously. Divine Mind is composed of the coalesced energies of these three Divine Aspects.
Man, who is conscious of self, is for the most part conscious only as a separate entity in nature. As humanity begins to become conscious of Soul. As Soul continues to indwell in humanity, the consciousness within humanity evolves until it becomes not only conscious of the body, but of its higher spiritual nature as well. As that consciousness of self evolves, it becomes aware of its Oneness as part of the total life expression. While it is still conscious of separation, it eventually becomes conscious of its related self, rather than as a separate self.
As Lucile Cedercrans relates, “Do not look at that which you cannot accept as a falsity. Remember, that for another it might be the greatest of Truth. The top of the mountain is the same for everyone but we each start at a different point at the base. As we get closer and closer to the top, the closer we get to each other. The Unity of the One Life is a Oneness in consciousness, not in form. The form’s job is to be diverse so that the Soul can experience all possible facets. White Light is broken into 7 colors and each of those into 7 more and each of those into 7 more, etc. So the One Life takes on a myriad of forms. It’s form’s job to be diverse. Synthesis does not mean homogenization, being equal does not mean being the same. Simply allow that which you do not comprehend and cannot accept to pass. Do not make an issue of it. Wait, and later you will see it in the Light of your own Soul, recognizing its place in the scheme of things.”
EXERCISE 2:
Now let’s pause and again think: – I am. As you identify yourself as I, do so in relationship to all others. Think of yourself as a related part of the whole of humanity……. Now identify with the greater Oneness of Source……. Did you sense anything different than in the first exercise?
A Symbol For Oneness
At this pivotal time in human history, it is vital that we transform our outdated thinking and acknowledge ourselves as who we really are, an extension of Soul in form. With this awareness, comes responsibility, possibility, and great joy.
This symbol for Oneness, O.N.E., was created by Dr. Michael Mason, a member of IFGT’s Administrative Team. O.N.E. symbolizes Our Next Evolution, The Infinite Heart, which is an evolutionary process for building and sustaining a planetary awakening of humanity’s oneness on a global scale, thus catalyzing a synergized global movement for co-creating a new reality – An Age of Awakening.
O.N.E. identifies a co-creative process for moving mass consciousness from believing we are separate to perceiving ourselves as an expression of Infinite-Oneness, thus removing from our life the mass misinformation of separation, with its limited thoughts, beliefs, patterns, and conditioning. This quantum shift in consciousness will ultimately lead humanity to attain and live our true spiritual natures as the Soul in form.

[1] Group Consciousness: Humanity’s collective consciousness is known by many names, i.e., group consciousness, group mind, group synergy, and mass consciousness just to name a few. Group consciousness has actually created a new arena of scientific investigation into the nature of reality that quantum physics and mechanics are studying. Their ever broadening research is beginning to support the existence of a group consciousness, that metaphysicians have written about for many years and in some areas, even centuries. The idea of an isolated systems independent of one another has been proven inaccurate. We now know that our reality exists simultaneously as particles and waves that are brought into that which we call reality by consciousness. They know that all waves/particles are interconnected to every other wave/particle in the universe.
[2] Higher Serves: Your Higher Self is your immortal self, your individualized aspect or facet of the One Soul. Its Wisdom, Love, and Power are always available to you to guide you throughout your life here on Earth. To access it requires attuning with it. This is accompllished in various ways: through silence, meditation, prayer, dreams, etc. You Higher Self/Soul also speaks to you through your gut feelings, hunches, and intuition.
[3] Thought Forms: Thoughts, ideas, and concepts are tremendously powerful, influential forces. Thoughts that are created and clothed with clear, distinct, sustained, intense emotions and concentration are exponentially powerful. With continued repetition by and individual or groups of people, thought patterns become thoughtforms over a period of time and come to life in the collective consciousness.
[4] Note: Your life note is a frequency that sums up the total of everything you have ever experienced, learned, or done during all of your lifetimes.
[i] Soul: Soul is a term used to define the Consciousness/Love aspect of Source. Soul is both an over-shadowing and an indwelling Principle. The overshadowing Consciousness/Soul/Love Principle is that which is not imprisoned or limited to the material world of form. When in form or material reality, this Principle becomes the soul because it is an individualized aspect of Soul.
Individualized Soul
The appearance of the many souls can be explained in the following manner. An individualized soul is likened unto an atom in the One Soul, “which has acquired conscious awareness of itself. It is not in the beginning, conscious of that Life in which it lives, moves, and has its being, but because of its inherent characteristics, it is swept into incarnation to develop its awareness, thus aiding the evolution of the One Life. All of this time the central directing…Divine Will and Intelligence are aware of the new birth, aiding it in its long period of growth until it, too, becomes conscious of that Life of which it is but an individualized expression, color, or tone. The purpose of evolution, insofar as man’s mind has been able to comprehend, is at-one-ment, complete with individuality.
This is that aspect of the individualized entity that has incarnated and identified with form. It thinks of itself as “I,” functions within and through the brain as the soul personality, and evolves via its experience with form into an identification with its spiritual counterpart – Soul. At the height of its growth it merges with the Spiritual Soul, incarnates again into a human vehicle, and masters the form nature. At this point the soul personality has been absorbed by the Spiritual Soul, and the life in form is a conscious Soul incarnate.” ~Lucile Cedercrans
