The Wheel of Possibility

Somewhere in the universe, right now, two particles that once touched are behaving as one, even though they may be light-years apart. Physicists call it entanglement. It is not poetry; it is a measured fact, confirmed so precisely that the 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics was awarded for proving it beyond doubt. And it offers us, at the level of the physical world itself, a working image of something mystics have insisted on for millennia: that separation may be far less absolute than it appears.
Consciousness is sounding a new note. Individuals and organizations are being called upon to set new patterns of relationship, cooperation, and group endeavor. Together, we can create and demonstrate how a cooperative spirit produces extraordinary results. Gandhi said that “A small group of determined spirits, fired by an unquenchable faith in their mission, can alter the course of history.”
IFGT’s Round Table team is such a body of determined spirits.
Humanity today stands at a threshold of an awakening in consciousness, and we are watching that awakening translate into transformations across every field of life: in business, education, the arts and sciences, the healing arts, and most importantly, in our individual philosophies of life.
Our Round Table is designed to be a focal point to help shape the future of consciousness, and in so doing, open new possibilities for humanity to recognize our oneness, to align and act in conscious cooperation with one another, and to unite behind a single purpose capable of producing a transformation that reaches around the world.
Together we can leverage our connectedness to discover solutions to the core challenges facing humanity, and to respond to the opportunities presenting themselves at this pivotal moment in history. Old barriers are dropping, and IFGT’s Roundtable of visionaries is helping to give form to cooperative programs, classes, and companions in service to humanity.
While each of our companions in service continues to honor their own teachings, traditions, and community interests, many have chosen to cooperate and promote each other’s projects in service to the future Age of Awakening.
IFGT’s Round Table Is A Wheel Of Possibility
Our Round Table represents a structure through which different facets of consciousness come together to create interconnecting webs and systems of organic growth. Since its beginning, our Round Table has grown into a circle of friendship, trust, and collaboration that has aligned our hearts and minds, resulting in a genuine synthesis of purpose and action. Through many long hours of dialogue, these visionary leaders have labored to design programs that inform and enlighten their members and the public about the opportunities and advantages of moving toward higher consciousness, from both an individual and group perspective.
The Institute for Global Transformation™ exists to encourage and support these transformations through the creative genius of our administrative staff and members, who function as diverse yet synergistic facets of a single whole. We seek to build bridges between the old and the new, the East and the West, science and metaphysics, and together, cross those bridges into the infinite possibilities awaiting an integrated humanity. IFGT’s has a wide-ranging vision, and it will not happen overnight. It calls for sustained effort on our part, in partnership with individuals like you.
Self-observation and inner change remain the essential first steps of the transformation process. Change and transformation must begin within ourselves before they can be demonstrated in the world around us. The world we inhabit is composed of our collective consciousness, and each time an individual consciousness is transformed, it produces a ripple effect that interacts with every other consciousness it touches.
Our Consciousness Is Like A Pool Of Water
Picture a large pool of water. Each transformative experience is like a pebble dropped into that pool, sending ripples out from its originating point. Now imagine thousands of pebbles, producing millions of ripples. As each ripple meets and interacts with the ripples produced by every other pebble, the whole pool of water, and every ripple within it, is affected and changed, giving rise to a collective transformative experience.
When we act in conscious cooperation with our Higher / Inner Selves, and consciously align as one, around a focused purpose, our collective consciousness behaves like that pool of water. As the ripples of our shared consciousness meet and merge, we become genuinely connected, not only with one another but with the wider field of information associated with our shared focus of attention, producing a powerful experience of synchronicity and synergy. Over time, a continuous exchange of higher knowledge and wisdom is established, giving rise to fundamental change at the level of consciousness itself.
What Physics Itself Is Telling Us
Quantum mechanics gives us three facts, not metaphors, that are worth sitting with. The first is superposition: before it is measured, a particle exists not in one state but in many possible states at once. The second is entanglement: two particles that interact can remain correlated no matter how far apart they later travel, so that a change in one is reflected instantly in the other, a phenomenon Einstein himself distrusted and called “spooky action at a distance,” and which Alain Aspect, John Clauser, and Anton Zeilinger won the Nobel Prize for proving beyond any reasonable doubt. The third is the observer effect: the act of measurement itself appears to participate in determining which possibility becomes real. Taken together, these findings describe a universe that is far less isolated, far less solid, and far more relational than classical physics ever imagined.
None of this proves that consciousness is quantum in nature. That question remains genuinely open. What we can say with confidence is this: physics has already dismantled the nineteenth-century picture of a universe made of separate, solid, self-contained objects bumping into one another in empty space. In its place stands a universe of relationship, probability, and nonlocal connection, one considerably more sympathetic to the intuition that our pool of water represents than the mechanical universe it replaced. Science has not proven that our transformations ripple outward and touch one another. But it has, for the first time, given us a physical vocabulary in which that claim is no longer unthinkable.
That individual minds are not sealed off from one another but participate in something more nonlocal and interconnected is no longer confined to spiritual traditions alone. It has become a serious question within consciousness studies itself.
Today, humanity stands at the threshold of a spiritual awakening characterized by collaborative thinking, an expansion of love and inclusiveness, and a growing capacity to consciously embrace group endeavor. As more of humanity builds conscious connection with their Higher / Inner Selves, a critical mass will be reached, and a global transformation will occur, elevating the consciousness of all humanity.
