The discovery of Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto marked significant turning points in history. The emergence of photography and the film industry, also mirrored Neptune’s association with illusion, altered states of consciousness, and the dissolution of boundaries.   We also saw humanitarian ideologies emerged such as the abolition of slavery and child labor laws.  We saw the beginnings of the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.  The downside of this was the use of drugs as a form of escapism, a distinctly Neptunian theme.

Pluto: The Transformer (Discovered in 1930)

Pluto’s discovery heralded a period of intense transformation, both psychologically and politically. The rise of fascism, the Great Depression, and the advent of nuclear power signified the Plutonian themes of destruction, rebirth, Power and the uncovering of hidden forces. Pluto reveals and confronts societal taboos.  Psychologically, Pluto brought forth deeper explorations of the unconscious mind through figures like Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud. The creation of the atomic bomb, representing immense power harnessed from the unseen, also reflected Pluto’s archetype of hidden intensity and transformation.

Pluto is a higher octave of the planet Mars.  Mars will take action based on an emotional level, where Pluto will bring up things from the unconscious realm to be transformed.

The Emergence of Dwarf Planets and Their Consciousness Shifts

With advancements in astronomical technology, numerous dwarf planets have been discovered in the Kuiper Belt beyond Pluto.  The discovery of these planets had been studied by various astrologers to determine their qualities and characteristics.  Some notable figures include Kelly Hunter, Allison Chester Lambert, and Alan Clay and his students at Dwarf Planet University.  They believe that these celestial bodies introduce additional aspects of consciousness, potentially guiding humanity toward new levels of awareness.

• Haumea (Discovered 2004): Unity Consciousness
  • Haumea can help us with a direct connection to the soul level.  We trust in the divine process.  We understand the interconnectedness of all things.  We can facilitate growth and renewal in our lives and others.  She can endow us with a Shamanic understanding of nature.
  • At a lower level of consciousness this will manifest as a lack of connection or spiritual alienation.

• Orcus (Discovered 2004): Karmic Consciousness
  • Orcus encourages us to understand the karmic aspects of life. It can help us break contracts that are no longer good for the soul.  It helps us to gain shamanic healing abilities of transmuting shadow into light.
  • At a higher level it expresses as integrity and at a lower level as deception.

• Salacia (Discovered 2004): Higher Love Consciousness
  • Salacia can give the ability to act on opportunities in the right timing.
  • She can enable us to pick up on sexual energies around us.  If the energy is blocked it can be expressed in a negative way.  If the energy is expressed in a positive way she can help us remove barriers to happiness in our lives.   She is about bringing true love into our lives and empowering you spiritually.
  • Salacia is a higher octave of Venus
• Sedna (Discovered in 2003): Soul Consciousness
  • Named after the Inuit sea goddess, Sedna represents the Soul’s Path of Destiny. and deep karmic lessons. It encourages individuals to embrace their spiritual destiny. At a spiritually evolved level we embrace our spiritual destiny joyfully.  Our material needs manifest in our lives.  At a lower level we may incur karmic lessons repeatedly or incur chronic illnesses.  These events are trying to wake us up to what is not working in our lives so we can make positive changes.

• Quaoar (Discovered in 2002): Spirit Consciousness
  • Linked to creation mythology, Quaoar represents the ability to manifest harmony out of chaos.  He sings and dances the world into being. Quaoar helps us turn dumb luck into smart luck.  By focusing through our meditation practice we can recognize opportunities and act on them.
  • The goal of Quaoar is to bring spirit into matter.
  • Quaoar is a higher octave of Jupiter.
• Makemake (Discovered in 2005): System Consciousness
  • Symbolizing the interconnectedness of systems.  Makemake can open us up to sacred consciousness where we can break down ideas and concepts into the parts and put them back together again in a new way.  It helps us to see the big picture and how we can integrate it into our everyday life.

• Gonggong (Discovered 2010): Empathic Consciousness
  • At the spiritual level, Gonggong encourages us to se the world through others eyes. At the personal level we can get so caught up in our own emotions that we do not have empathy for others.
