Each week on Thursday, from 8:30 to 9:30 P.M. Eastern Time, USA,  gather in a virtual Zoom meeting to create a space where you can relax, take a deep breath, enjoy each other’s company, and a bit of casual spiritual dialogue on topics that are of interest to you. Your hosts open each session with a 5-minute introduction of a topic that is followed by an open discussion and commentary. These programs are not recorded.
